Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hour notice if you would like to cancel your order. After item is out of our hands and into the hands of the postal service, we do not take responsibility for those transit damages including inclement weather. We also try and make the orders delivered for your specific day but we cannot help if you are not home and you miss the delivery. We do take responsibility if you are not satisfied with the product and will offer a FULL refund if that is the case.
