Proper's Pickle was started in 2014 by brothers, Bijan and Pejmon Noori. Their love for pickles and making them began as a gifts for friends and family and sprouted into a small business in which they still pack every single jar by hand. While the business has grown the quality has remained the same. Every jar is made with the freshest ingredients and delivers bold flavor and a loud crunch in every bite because that is what makes a "Proper" pickle.
